This privacy policy applies to the Gameday Tailgate Experience, LLC website, mobile application and any online services that link to the Gameday Tailgate Experience, LLC website, mobile application or to this privacy policy, each of which are owned and operated by Gameday Tailgate Experience, LLC (together with its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, referred to as “GTE”, “we” or “us”) (collectively, the “Services”). The purpose of this privacy policy is to disclose to you what information GTE may collect, how we may collect it, with whom we may share it, and certain other matters related to such information, including the choices you have regarding our collection of information and our use and disclosure to other parties of information we may have collected from you. When we refer to “personal information” in this privacy policy, we mean information that directly identifies you (such as your name, postal address, or email address) or data that could be used to indirectly identify you. In order to purchase tickets to any GTE events or to purchase any other merchandise, goods or services using our Services and in order to post content to our website, you must consent to the terms of this privacy policy. If you do not accept this privacy policy, then you should not use, and are not authorized to use, any of our Services.

TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED

GTE collects information from you whenever you use any of our Services such as when you buy a ticket to attend one of our tailgate parties, when you use our Services to reserve or pay for parking at one of our tailgate parties, when you purchase a ticket for a sporting event and/or when you purchase or place a bid for other goods, merchandise or services using any of our Services. When you browse our website or use our mobile application may also use cookies to tailor your experience and to provide you with information about our company or promotional offers from GTE or its partners or sponsors.

In the course of using the Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain information, including without limitation, contact information (such as your name, mailing address, email address or phone number), names of persons attending GTE tailgate parties and other events, demographic information, and/or financial information (such as your credit card number). We also collect information about your location when you use or access our Services using our mobile application (you may be able to disable the collection and use of your location data through device-level settings). We may receive and store certain types of internet usage information automatically whenever you visit the GTE website, such as your IP address, browser type, click stream data, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and operating system. When you open emails from us, we may receive a confirmation noting you opened the email, if your computer supports such capabilities. We also may keep track of what emails we send you and what emails you may be receiving from our partners or sponsors. We may also receive personal information about users from third parties including our sponsors, advertisers and partners. Additionally, we keep a record of what communications you have opted to receive or not to receive. Our website and mobile application are not designed to respond to “do not track” requests from browsers.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

In general, we will only use the information you provide to us for the purpose for which such information was provided. For example, we will use information provided to issue tickets or reservations for GTE tailgating events and other events, and in connection with your purchase of any other goods, merchandise or services and to enforce our Terms of Service and privacy policy and to generally manage the Services.  We may use this information to contact you about event cancelations or changes in times, locations or dates of events as well as to inform you about offers, promotions, contests or sweepstakes we think you may find interesting.  We may collect information about your healthcare requirements if you have accessibility requirements when attending events in order to assist you or to accommodate your healthcare or mobility needs.  We may share information that you provide or that we collect from you with our third party service providers, vendors, partners and sponsors. For example, we may share your personal information with our credit card processer to process credit card transactions.  We may use push notifications or your location information to send you alerts regarding local events.  We may also use this information to deliver to you information about GTE and promotional material from some of our partners and sponsors. Your information may also be used to contact you when necessary and may be shared with other companies that may want to contact you with promotional offers.  Non-personal demographic and profile data is also used to tailor your experience at our site, showing you content we think you might be interested in. This information may also be shared with our partners, sponsors and advertisers on an aggregate non-personal basis.  You may opt-out of receiving future promotional offers and emails from GTE by calling GTE at 800-685-7618 or by sending an email to GTE at [email protected].  When you receive an email communication from GTE via its “Mail Chimp” account, you can also use the “unsubscribe” link on the email to unsubscribe from receiving emails from GTE at any time.

GTE may receive personal information about you from other sources, including third parties from whom we have purchased data or from our vendors, sponsors or partners, and combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you.

GTE and its service providers, sponsors or partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather other demographic information about our uses.  This information helps us to update and to improve the content and functionality of our website and mobile application and to improve your experience when using our Services.   The information which GTE and its sponsors and partners may obtain include your internet protocol address, browser type, internet service provider, operating system, files viewed on GTE’s or its sponsors’ or partners’ websites and other technological data such as clickstream data.    When you download and use our Services using the GTE mobile application, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier. We also collect your location-based information in order to offer you goods or services based upon your current location.  You may be able to opt out of these services or disable the collection and use of your location-based information by editing the settings at the device level. 

WITH WHOM THE INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

GTE collects and uses your personal information for many reasons, such as providing you with tickets and access to attend our tailgate events, allowing you to reserve, purchase and pay for parking at our events, providing you with tickets to sporting events, for sharing information, for marketing and as may be required by law. At times, we may share your personal information with others, including our vendors, partners and sponsors, for various purposes including the purpose of enhancing our products and services or so they can market their products or services to you. GTE employs third parties to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, sending emails, processing credit card, Eventbrite, Paypal, Quickbooks or other payments, and providing customer service. We may also share user’s names and/or email addresses with our sponsors, advertisers and other third parties to provide you with promotional offers or marketing offers about their products and services. We may also offer promotions, contests, sweepstakes or other activities or offerings that are sponsored or co-sponsored by or presented with identified third parties.

Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties without notice to you as required by law, such as to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other legal process, to comply with law enforcement agencies, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

GTE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION RULE (COPPA)

The website and Services are intended for people eighteen (18) years of age or older and we request that persons under age 18 not submit any personal information using our Services.  Our Services are not designed to target, entice or to be consumed by persons under the age of 18.  Users making any purchases using our Services must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.  It is the policy of GTE not to collect personal information relating to any person under the age of 18 absent written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By providing any personally information about a person under 18 years of age, you warrant and represent that you are that person’s parent or legal guardian or that you have obtained written consent from that person’s parent or legal guardian to submit the personally information.   We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Services.

By using the Services, you indicate your acceptance of and your agreement to the terms of our privacy policy.
